Compare Score Smart courses for PTE, NAATI and IELTS
This course catalogue brings together Score Smart’s main PTE Academic, NAATI CCL, and IELTS programs. Use it to compare duration, format (group vs one-to-one), and which pathway matches your visa or study goal.
Choosing the right program length
Choose a 2-week PTE intensive if you already know the format and need a sharp final push. Choose the 1-month guaranteed course if you want a fuller runway with continued coaching for up to 6 months if your target is not met. One-to-one packs suit busy professionals who need flexible booking.
NAATI students usually join language-specific group classes (Punjabi or Nepali) or Hindi one-to-one sessions. IELTS candidates typically enrol in 12 one-to-one sessions covering all four modules for Band 7+ goals.
Every program includes access to practice resources and trainer support. Prices shown on course cards match our live catalogue — confirm details at checkout or ask our team during a free trial.
Choosing between the exams we teach
PTE Academic and IELTS are both accepted by the Department of Home Affairs for visa and PR applications, and equivalent scores earn equivalent points. Choose PTE if you want computer marking, fast results and a format that rewards consistency. Choose IELTS if a human examiner in the Speaking room helps rather than hinders you, or if a specific institution asks for it by name.
LanguageCert is a third accepted route to the same English requirement. CELPIP applies if Canada is in your plans. PTE Core is for Canadian immigration only and is not accepted for Australian PR — check which one your pathway names before booking.
NAATI CCL sits alongside all of these rather than competing with them. It is worth five points on a skilled migration application, the credential lasts three years, and for anyone who speaks Hindi, Punjabi, Nepali or Urdu at an adult conversational level it is usually the cheapest points on the board.
Formats, and who each one suits
Group courses run weekday mornings or evenings on Melbourne time, capped at four students. They suit people who want structure, a fixed schedule and the discipline of a cohort working to the same deadline.
One-to-one sessions suit uneven profiles — a Reading score that will not move while everything else is fine, or a work roster that makes fixed class times impossible. Sessions are booked around your availability.
Both formats include the practice portal, weekly mock tests with feedback inside 24 hours, and trainer support between sessions. Course pages list current durations and inclusions; if you are unsure which fits, a free consultation will tell you more than a comparison table.
