Talk to Score Smart about your exam plan

Contact Score Smart to book a free trial, ask about PTE, NAATI CCL, IELTS, or LanguageCert batches, or get help choosing a study plan. We respond to enquiries from students across Australia — online and in major cities.

What to include in your message

Tell us which exam you are preparing for, your target score (for example PTE 79+ or IELTS Band 7 each), your preferred study times, and your city or timezone. That information lets our team recommend morning or evening batches and the right course length.

You can also reach us by phone or WhatsApp on 0432 198 990, or email hello@scoresmart.au / contact@scoresmartpte.com. Headquarters are in Melbourne, VIC, with live online coaching available Australia-wide.

Prefer to start immediately? Ask for a free trial class plus a short diagnostic so we can map your strengths and gaps before you enrol.

What happens after you get in touch

A trainer replies to enquiries directly rather than routing you through a sales queue. The first conversation is about which exam you need, what score your visa or registration actually requires, and how much time you have — not about which package to buy.

If you book a free trial you get a diagnostic test, a written analysis of your score, one live group class and 48 hours in the practice portal. That is enough to judge both your starting point and our teaching before paying anything.

You can reach us on 0432 198 990 or at hello@scoresmart.au. We are based in Melbourne and classes run on Melbourne time, so if you are in Perth or Brisbane the evening batches are usually the easier fit.

Questions worth asking before you enrol anywhere

Ask what the guarantee actually is contractually. Ours is continued group classes at no further cost for up to six months if you complete a program without reaching your target — a commitment about teaching time, not a promise about your exam result. Any provider promising a specific score outright should be able to tell you exactly what happens when you do not get it.

Ask who is teaching, and what they scored. Ask how many students are in a class. Ask how quickly mock test feedback comes back, because feedback that arrives a week later has already stopped being useful.
